They Drove 45 Minutes to Train. Now They're Opening ISI® Elite Training Kenosha.
Jessica Winnie and Laura Leys drove 45 minutes each way to train at ISI® Elite Training Brookfield. They didn't mind the drive. They just wished they didn't have to make it.
Now they're opening ISI® Elite Training Kenosha, alongside Jessica's husband, Brian Winnie.
How they found ISI®
They did their homework first. They followed ISI® on social, listened to the podcasts, and read up on founder and CEO Adam Rice and CGO Amanda Hall.
Then they got in the car. Brookfield was the closest location, so they drove up and tried a couple of sessions before they committed to anything. They joined.
The part that matters happened on the way out. Standing outside the facility after that first day, Jessica and Laura looked at each other and said the same thing.
"Imagine how cool it would be to do this together in Kenosha."
Jessica took it home to Brian.
"I took that crazy idea home, and, as any great husband would, Brian listened to me and said, 'Let's do it!'"
That's how ISI® Kenosha started. Two friends in a parking lot, and a husband who didn't need convincing.
Why Kenosha
They lived the gap before they ever thought about owning anything. They wanted coach led training with real structure and real accountability, and the closest place to get it was in another county.
Three partners, three roles
Jessica and Laura will be in the facility, on the turf, coaching and building the community face to face. Brian will handle everything behind the scenes.

They keep each other grounded, they bring different angles to the same problem, and when something needs doing, whoever's closest picks it up.
